The article, written by William Taylor, profiles the LC President as he discusses the successes, the future of the college and the challenges of balancing the spiritual and academic missions of the college.

The Advocate newspaper has been a vital force in Louisiana’s capital city, Baton Rouge, and the surrounding communities for more than 160 years.

Holiday Notice

Friday, December 15th, 2006

Louisiana College faculty and students will be on their annual Christmas Holiday beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 15, according to Dr. Joe Aguillard, president. No classes will be held and offices will be closed until 8 a.m. on January 3.

Offices will reopen on January 3, and spring registration will be held January 10-11. All day classes will resume on January 12.

The campus community wishes everyone a Merry Christmas.
